CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ All clients are asked to keep a card on file for policy purposes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. ✨ At Ember & Mane, I totally understand that life happens and plans change. To keep things fair for everyone, here’s my policy: • No call/no show - 100% of your service cost. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice – 50% of your service cost. • Running 30+ minutes late – I may not be able to provide your full service and a cancellation fee may apply. ✨ Appointments & Confirmations Not confirming your appointment does not count as a cancellation. You’ll always get a reminder 72 hours before your visit so there’s plenty of time to make changes if needed. ✨ Payment Policy A 3.5% service fee is added to all credit and debit card payments. If you’d like to skip the fee, I also accept cash, check, or Venmo. ✨ Color Policy Color services include a standard amount of product. Extra bowls of color may require a small additional charge of $10–$20, depending on hair length and thickness. 💛 Thank you so much for respecting my time — it allows me to give every client the best experience when they’re in my chair!
